If you’ve ever felt like a number in a crowded waiting room, or felt frustrated that your visit only scratched the surface, we want you to know: We hear you.
Allme Health started as a conversation between two friends on opposite sides of the country. We realized we were seeing the same thing: patients were often disappointed by the US healthcare system. The evidence was clear: diet and lifestyle absolutely matter when it comes to skin health. Skin diseases are often linked to chronic systemic diseases. But, the traditional healthcare system isn’t built to support those in depth conversations.
As Dermatology Certified NPs and mothers of young children, we know that life is a balancing act. We know that when your skin is flaring, it affects your confidence, your time, and your happiness. We also know—both from scientific research and personal experience—that the optimal treatment of chronic inflammatory skin disease is an integrative one. Integrative means combining medications or supplements with diet, lifestyle, stress management, and the products you use every day.
We realized that in the traditional office visit, there was rarely enough time to talk about the “whole you.” So, we decided to build a virtual practice where that conversation is the priority.
