How Allme Health Works
What is Allme Health?
Allme Health is a specialized teledermatology platform founded by doctorate-prepared, Dermatology-Certified Nurse Practitioners. We provide expert, evidence-based care for acne and rosacea, blending traditional medical prescriptions with deep-dive counseling on lifestyle and diet.
How does a virtual visit work?
Our process is both streamlined and thorough. It begins with a comprehensive medical intake and high-resolution photo upload. While every new patient receives a dedicated video consultation, your photos allow us to analyze your skin’s texture and progress with clinical precision. One of our doctorate-prepared, Dermatology-Certified Nurse Practitioners will evaluate your history, lifestyle, and clinical images to build your custom ‘Clear Skin Road Map.’ We’ve eliminated the waiting room and the rushed, five-minute visit to ensure your care is as unique as your skin.

Treatments & Prescriptions
What conditions do you treat?
We are specialists. We focus specifically on Acne (hormonal, cystic, adolescent, and adult) and Rosacea. By narrowing our focus, we provide a higher level of expertise and results.
Why is a holistic approach to skincare more effective than just prescriptions?
Clinical research demonstrates that combining multiple evidence-based approaches – including dermatologic prescriptions and targeted lifestyle modifications – addresses both the skin surface drivers and the internal biological influencers of acne. Studies show that medications are more effective when combined, and that diet, stress, sleep, and hormonal balance significantly correlate with acne severity and improvement.
In clinical trials, combination dermatologic therapies show better results than single-agent treatment, and adjunctive systemic approaches (like hormonal therapy or supplements) have been associated with higher rates of improvement – indicating that a comprehensive approach that includes lifestyle factors can enhance overall treatment success.
Can you prescribe Accutane online?
Yes. As DCNPs, we are registered with the iPledge program and can manage Isotretinoin (Accutane) treatment safely through our platform. We will coordinate your monthly lab work at a facility near you (like LabCorp or Quest).
Where do I get my medications?
We believe in transparency and choice. We can send your prescriptions to your local pharmacy or to our trusted partner mail-order pharmacy. Unlike other sites, we don’t force you to buy “house-brand” compounded creams—we prescribe the best medical-grade options for your specific skin.
Do you offer customized compounded medications?
Do you offer low-cost cash-pay options for prescription medications?
Yes. We offer customized, compounded creams and the option to receive low-cost cash pay topical and oral medications, such as tretinoin, azelaic acid, doxycycline, and spironolactone from our partner pharmacy, with free shipping straight to your door.
Pricing & Insurance
How much does an Allme consultation cost?
Our initial comprehensive consultation is $175. This is a one-time fee that covers your deep-dive skin analysis, medical diagnosis, and personalized treatment plan.
What is included in the $175 consultation?
Unlike “quick-script” sites, your Allme consultation includes:
- A full medical review by a doctorate-prepared Dermatology NP.
- A custom prescription plan (sent to your local or preferred mail-order pharmacy). The cost of medications is additional.
- Integrative Counseling: A 30-minute visit with your DCNP, with personalized advice on how your diet, supplements, and lifestyle are impacting your specific skin type.
- A 60-day follow-up window for questions regarding your new routine.
How much does Accutane (Isotretinoin) treatment cost?
Because Accutane requires monthly medical supervision and iPledge monitoring, we offer a initial consultations for $175 plus dedicated monthly management program. After your initial consultation, the cost for Accutane management is $60 per month. This covers your monthly medical review, lab result monitoring, and iPledge clearance. It does not cover the cost of medications or cost of lab work.
Do you accept insurance?
Allme Health is a cash-pay practice. While we do not bill insurance for the consultation fee, you can typically use your insurance at your local pharmacy to cover the cost of your medications. Our partner compounding pharmacy does not accept insurance, as most insurances do not cover compounded medications. We also accept HSA and FSA funds to cover the cost of your medications through our partner pharmacy and your consultation.
Why Choose Allme?
What makes Allme different from other acne websites?
Most sites are “prescription mills” that use algorithms or quick reviews. At Allme, you are paired with a DCNP and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) who specializes exclusively in dermatology. We look at the “whole you”—meaning we don’t just give you a cream; we also help you fix the lifestyle triggers that cause acne in the first place.
Are you "Pro-Natural" or "Pro-Prescription"?
We are Pro-Results. We use the best of modern medicine (like Tretinoin, customized compounded topicals, and Accutane) but anchor them with integrative, evidence-based lifestyle changes. We believe the best results happen when science meets a healthy lifestyle.
