Asynchronous photo visit

Answer a few questions and upload clear photos of your concern. Your provider reviews everything and sends your treatment plan and any prescriptions — typically within a day. No appointment needed.

A note on your state: Some states require a live visit for new patients. In New Mexico, for example, new patients must complete a video or audio visit before we can provide care or send prescriptions — a photo-only visit isn’t enough to get started. We’ll always let you know if your state requires a video or audio visit.
