We knew skincare can be compassionate, comprehensive, and convenient at the same time

If you’ve ever felt like a number in a crowded waiting room, or felt frustrated that your acne treatment only scratched the surface, we want you to know: We hear you.

Allme Health started as a conversation between two friends on opposite sides of the country. We realized we were seeing the same thing: patients were often disappointed by a “rushed” healthcare system. The evidence was clear: diet and lifestyle absolutely matter when it comes to skin health. But, the traditional healthcare system isn’t built to support those in depth conversations.

As Dermatology Certified NPs and mothers of young children, we know that life is a balancing act. We know that when your skin is flaring, it affects your confidence, your time, and your happiness. We also know—both from scientific research and personal experience—that the optimal treatment of acne or rosacea is an integrative one. Integrative means combining medications or supplements with diet, lifestyle, stress management, and the products you use every day — they all play a role in your skin’s health.
We realized that in the traditional office visit, there was rarely enough time to talk about the “whole you.” So, we decided to build a virtual practice where that conversation is the priority.

We’ve hand-selected every ingredient in our skincare line to ensure it supports your medical journey, and we’ve streamlined our teledermatology platform to fit into your busy life. Avery Dinallo

DNP, FNP-C, DCNP
Avery Dinallo is a doctorally prepared, dermatology-certified nurse practitioner. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Rutgers University and received her dermatology training at Princeton Dermatology. Avery has practiced in multiple states, including New Jersey, Georgia, Florida, and with the Cleveland Clinic. She currently practices at Mountain Pine Dermatology in Meridian, Idaho. She is a published author and has developed dermatology training programs for nurse practitioners. Avery has lectured on numerous dermatology topics on national, virtual, and local stages, including acne, rosacea, and foundational dermatology for new NPs. She is the President-Elect of the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and is committed to expanding access to evidence-based dermatologic care across the United States.

Sylvana Brickley

DNP, FNP-BC, DCNP
Sylvana is a doctorally prepared, fellowship-trained, dermatology-certified nurse practitioner. She completed her dermatology training at the University of Rochester Medical Center and practices at the Lahey Clinic in Massachusetts. She is a published author and has lectured about various dermatology topics on the national, virtual and local stages, including dermatology for primary care providers, skin cancer, and psychocutaneous disorders.
