Every new patient starts with a quick intake form. From there, you can choose the visit type that works best for your concern.
Live video visit
$199 new patient · $149 follow-up
Meet face-to-face with your provider over video to talk through your concern, ask questions, and build a personalized plan together in real time.

- New, complex, or changing concerns
- Hair loss, widespread or unclear rashes, or anything that needs discussion
- When you have questions or want to talk things through
- When a live visit is required in your state
A note on your state: Some states require a live visit for new patients. In New Mexico, for example, new patients must complete a video or audio visit before we can provide care or send prescriptions — a photo-only visit isn’t enough to get started. We’ll always let you know if your state requires a video or audio visit.
